Volvo have presented in Geneva the beautiful new generation of the XC60 SUV. In terms of design, Volvo?s new XC60, due to launch in July, adopts the same language that the manufacturer debuted on the larger XC90 sibling, in which the headlights adopt the “Thors Hammer? look. Powertrain options will mirror those of the larger XC90, starting with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder, a turbo- and-supercharged 2.0-liter T6, and a plug-in-hybrid T8 at the top of the XC60 range. Stand out security features include a new steering assist function in Volvo?s “City Safety? system, new “Oncoming Lane Mitigation” that helps prevent collisions with vehicles located on other lanes, and “Volvo Pilot Assist?, a semi-autonomous system, that can take over steering, acceleration and braking duties. watch the video below
