CAPILANO SUSPENSION BRIDGE PARK

The Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
offers visitors a unique mix of adventure, history and culture, it lets
you appreciate nature from three breathtaking perspectives – the
Suspension Bridge, the Treetops Adventure and the exciting Cliffwalk
(not for the faint hearted). Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, in a
spectacular West Coast rainforest, the park lets you enjoy the thrill
of crossing the 450-foot (137m) swaying bridge, suspended 230 feet (70m)
above Capilano River, or go on a Treetops Adventure 100 feet (30m) into
the mid-story of a coastal rainforest on seven suspension bridges
attached to old-growth trees that provide a unique bird?s eye view of
the forest surrounding, or go on the Cliffwalk, a heart-pounding
cliff-side journey where you follow a granite precipice along Capilano
River on a labyrinth-like series of narrow cantilevered bridges, stairs
and platforms through rainforest vegetation.
