FKA twigs Is Curating a Halloween Inspired Art Exhibition

Last month, FKA twigs put out a mysterious casting call seeking performers “of all genres” for a “major project” in October. Today, that project has been revealed as a “Halloween-themed art exhibition” that the alternative pop artist will curate for the Veuve Clicquot Widow Series.

According to a press release, Twigs’ ‘Rooms’ exhibition will provide an “immersive and tactile” experience that involves “a journey of self-analysis.” “There aren’t always opportunities to make your wildest creative ideas a reality,” twigs explains. “‘Rooms’ is one of my most ambitious projects to date so I’m very excited to be bringing it to life for the Veuve Clicquot Widow Series.”

The Veuve Clicquot Widow Series is an annual event that “celebrates creative and cultural prowess.” Last year’s debut event was curated by renowned photographer Nick Knight. If you’re interested, the series runs from October 27 to 28 in London; head to their official website for tickets and further information.
