Nina Simone’s classic album, Little Girl Blue is set to be re-released as an official remix album. Her 1958 debut album, originally released through jazz label Bethlehem Records, has been called upon by DJ Maestro to curate a team of contemporary electronic artists who are inspired by jazz music and structure. Gramaphondzie, Smoove, Rebel and Mees Dierdorp have all contributed remixes to the official album, which is will be released on April 22 on Soundplate Records in the UK.
