Prince Covered David Bowie’s “Heroes” & Bob Marley’s “Waiting In Vain”

Prince delivered multiple covers of songs from equally-legendary artists at two performances in Toronto last night. The pair of performances were part of Prince’s “Piano and a Microphone” concert series, which took place at Toronto’s Sony Centre For The Performing Arts. Along with songs from his own, impressive catalog, Prince served up live renditions of songs such as David Bowie’s “Heroes” and Bob Marley’s “Waiting In Vain.” Besides those two efforts, he also covered songs from Joni Mitchell and Vince Guaraldi.
