After blowing everyone away with her breakout starring role in Kanye West’s video for “Fade,” Teyana Taylor has signed up to appear in two upcoming VH1 series. The Hollywood Reporter have revealed that Taylor will star as a rapper in the drama series The Breaks, and will also be a guest on a game show called Hip Hop Squares. Set in 1990, The Breaks will follow the story of a trio of friends attempting to become stars in New York City. On the other hand, Hip Hop Squares is a reinvention of the popular game show Hollywood Squares. Hip Hop Squares will premiere later in the fall, while The Breaks will air in 2017.
