The Nike LeBron 13 Pays Tribute To Rubber City With Chemistry

Nike’s upcoming LeBron 13 release for March 9th dabbles in a bit of biochemistry as it features a logo of some molecule on the heels of the shoes. It may represent C4H6, or Butadiene, which is an important chemical used in the production of synthetic rubber, and as last year’s LeBron 12 “Rubber City” attested to, Akron (LeBron’s hometown) is a city known for its rubber production. These are set for a release next Tuesday, so get a detailed look here and in the meantime, check out the latest on the LeBron 13 Low.
