Apple Patents Stylus That Can Double as a Joystick and an Air Mouse

In September of 2015, Apple debuted the innovative Apple Pencil for its iPad Pro, but it looks as if the tech goliath is hoping to get regular computer users to adopt the stylus as well. Its latest technology patent dreams of a stylus being capable of everything from drawing, being used as a mouse in the air, and even a joystick. With over 17 patent claims, Apple seems to have it all covered — from pressure sensitivity, six and nine-axis inertial sensors and a peripheral that can stand in for any number of devices. When lifted off a surface, the stylus will be able to perform gestures and movements, while it can be used as a joystick when on its tip. What do you think of this prospective idea?
