French Montana’s “Off The Rip” has gradually gained steam in New York, and the sudden passing of Chinx has only made it ring out louder. Apparently, it caught Lil Wayne’s ear, as it’s one of two instrumentals he decided to bless with a freestyle on the new Stevie J mixtape, Appreciation 8.
