Whaletone by Robert Majkut

Inspired by the “romantic calls of coquetting whales”, the Whaletone by Polish designer Robert Majkut melds original design with top-notch technology.

At the heart of the instrument lies the Super Natural Piano technology. Equipped with a built-in list of 500 sounds, three sound types – Concert, Studio and Brilliant – are offered.

Besides classic piano sounds, Whaletone also offers programmed tones of vintage models from the 1960s and 1980s, different sounds variations and the possibility of creating new sounds – all this controlled via the PHA III Ivory Feel keyboard. The Sound Focus function enables you to strengthen the expression and audibility of subtle pianissimo passages while a four-channel amplifier adds oomph to your sounds.

The illustrous sound system is matched by an aesthetic pleasing exterior. Forgetting for a moment its audibility, the Whaletone is art in itself – its structure and sleek curves defined by the silver shine of its metallic edges; the electrically-controlled lid hovers majestically above its monumental body.

The Whaletone comes in a sumptuous array of glosses, including classic back and – pictured below – snow white.
