For the first time since its creation, the World’s 50 Best Restaurants will hold its next gala event in New York next year.
As part of its strategy to become more international, organizers of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants awards have announced plans to move the annual gala event from its birthplace of London to New York in 2016.
Since 2002, the event has gathered a constellation of some of the top chefs from around the world to the British capital, to hear which chef and restaurant will be named the best in the world.
