iPhone X Earns Samsung More Money Than Galaxy S8

Samsung is poised to earn around $110 USD from each iPhone X sold, according to The Wall Street Journal. Samsung, as a manufacturing entity, is the only company that can make OLED displays, NAND flash, and DRAM chips in bulk, which Apple needs in large quantities to produce its newest smartphone.

This in no way effects Samsung Electronics, which is responsible for producing Galaxy smartphones, besides the fact that the company’s revenue’s from Apple could earn up to $4 billion USD more than it will from producing parts for their own phone, the Galaxy S8.  The parts ordered are a huge chunk of Samsung’s component business, which accounts for around 35 percent of the company’s revenue.
