Norse Projects Unveils Its “Danish Weather 2.0” Collaboration With New Balance

After teasing the drop last week, Norse Projects has returned with the official unveiling of its upcoming “Danish Weather 2.0″ pack with New Balance. The successor to 2013′s 1500 duo, this year’s “Danish Weather” installment goes in a different direction than its predecessor, eschewing a low-top runner in favor of New Balance’s newly resurrected Rainier silhouette. A throwback to the classic HL710, the release is inspired by the shoreline topography of coastal Denmark during the winter months and adopts the 1982 release’s original Vibram sole unit and D-ring lacing grommets alongside GORE-TEX construction — which supplements nubuck and ripstop nylon paneling — for added protection against the elements.

The “Danish Weather 2.0″ pack’s “Husk” and “Blue Graphite” colorways will be available from Norse both in-store and online beginning this Saturday, December 3.
