Swedish YouTube personality PewDiePie may be a millionaire, but he won’t be spending resell prices on Supreme anytime soon. He’s not against Supreme as a brand itself — in fact, he praises the label for certain designs and “meme-ing themselves” — but he is disapproving of the hype culture and high prices young adults pay to “show off to people that [they] are cool.”
In the eleven-minute video above, PewDiePie comments on Supreme drop line videos and reviews several popular but unconventional products, such as the brick, crowbar, nunchucks and more, addressing the fact that Supreme is kind of trolling everyone. “Haha, you guys are sheep. You will literally buy anything.” He ends the rant by DIY-ing a parody “Suprem” box logo hat so that he can join the cult.
