The Notorious B.I.G. Hologram Will Become a Reality

Legendary rappers such as Tupac, Eazy-E and Ol’ Dirty Bastard have become “resurrected” for live acts as holograms, and now it looks like one of the most famous rappers of all time will receive the same treatment. As Billboard reports, the outfit with ownership over the “rights” to Biggie’s “likeness” are planning to unveil a Notorious B.I.G. hollogram. Billboard revealed the information in a new feature about likeness owners ARHT Media securing the “digital rights” to Biggie’s hologram. ARHT Media CEO Paul Duffy gave the following statement regarding their hologram ventures:

“We have a very sophisticated transmission technology for beaming these digital humans through the public Internet to literally any point on the planet…These digital humans can scale to any size of venue so it can be in a window display, your living room or it could be in a 50,000-seat arena for a real-time delivery and display of this human hologram, that we call ‘Humagrams.’”

At present time, Billboard reports that the hologram will first be unveiled to the public via a new Faith Evans video in support of her forthcoming studio album The King & I. Time will tell if ARHT plans to take Biggie to the live arena.
