Float Through the Indonesian Archipelago on a Five Star Aqua Blu Vessel

Announcing enticing new expeditions to Indonesia in early May 2019, this floating five-star experience comes complete with 15 luxury suites and eight unique itineraries. Designed by Cor D. Rover, the 60-metre Aqua Blu was the first-ever RINA-and-SOLAS-certified yacht to sail through East Indonesia, with regular scheduled departures to the Spice Islands and a specific goal of advancing conservation efforts in the area’s national parks.

With suites of different categories ranging from 12 to 31 square meters, the Aqua Blu accommodates up to 25 crew and 30 guests – providing an array of indoor and outdoor amenities such as an observation deck, plunge pool, library, gym, spa, restaurants and sky-lounge bars.

Cruising west through the Indonesian archipelago, the Aqua Blu’s summer expeditions include pit stops at Bali, Sumbawa and the Komodo National Park, before redirecting east toward Raja Ampat via the Spice Islands in winter. Best known for its vast marine ecosystem and natural karst formations, Raja Ampat is the ideal winter destination for snorkeling and hiking – with the Aqua Blu expected to make a total of ten departures each year.

Meanwhile, summer expeditions offer guests the opportunity to venture into the Komodo wilderness both on land and at sea – witnessing awe-inspiring sights such as the world famous Pink Beach and Horseshoe Bay. With 23 departures per year, guests are invited to get up close and personal with manta rays, dugongs and of course, the island’s Komodo dragons.

Travelling with impeccable speed and sturdiness, the Aqua Blu incorporates Quantum Zero Speed stabilization technology and is divided into a main, bridge, forecastle and sun deck with inter-connecting master and double cabins plus other recreational amenities.

Whilst an abundance of natural light floods the Aqua Blu through varying sized windows, the sun deck features a large lounge bench and multiple sun loungers. Equipped with kayaks, stand up paddleboards, two zodiacs, laundry facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi wherever available, as well as, diving and snorkeling gear – the Aqua Blu is a limited cross destination voyage which extends up to 12-nights.
