CLOT’s coveted clusters of silken Air Jordan 1 Mids and Air Force 1s are set to expand this weekend with the release of an elegant Rose Gold iteration of the latter, but it looks as if the former will also drop in a new colorway that harkens back to the original design in 2009. Revealed as part of a special giveaway opportunity with the brand’s Juice retail outposts, the CLOT x Air Jordan 1 Mid appears in red silken uppers with black embroidered Swoosh logos, black interior linings + laces, red outsoles, a the FEARLESS hangtag, which connects back to the late-2019 campaign by Jordan Brand. While not revealed in the teaser, it is possible that the exterior layer hides a black layer underneath, similar to the aforementioned 1WORLD creation that took the sneaker world by storm.
For now, Juice will be giving away a limited edition pair in celebration of Chinese New Year at Juice LA’s CNY Night Market; those who are interested can pick up a raffle ticket from 6pm-9pm PST on Thursday and Friday and from noon til 7pm on Saturday. Entries close at 7pm, with a live draw for the Air Jordan 1 Mids as well as three pairs of the Rose Gold Forces in a special packaging is scheduled for 7:30pm.
