In celebration of the upcoming Extra Butter x adidas Alphabounce Beyond collaboration, the Lower East Side sneaker boutique has set up an exclusive pop-up shop at 101 Stanton Street. Inspired by VO2 Max training, Extra Butter will have complimentary services for runners to test the new sneaker on a Woodway treadmill. A recovery space will be provided as well, offering participants 20-minute NormaTex leg compression sessions as well as a series of free runs and yoga sessions. VO2 Max training measures the amount of oxygen that someone can utilize during an intense exercise session – which acted as inspiration for this offering’s colorway. Serving as the first collaboration for this updated running silhouette, pairs will exclusively be available at the pop-up shop – open from 11-7 PM – from March 16-23 for $130 USD.
