After headlining Air Max Day 2020, the Nike Air Max 90 is ready to launch in yet another “Duck Camo” arrangement, only this time with “Ghost Green” contrast.
The titular pattern on the forthcoming pair takes on lighter shades than its predecessor, exchanging forest-ready green and brown for desert-appropriate tan and grey. Nonetheless, its placement is identical to March’s “Duck Camo” option: mudguard, tongue, forefoot and midfoot underlays. Mesh construction and adjacent branding, however, don a “Ghost Green” hue as equally-fluorescent as “Infrared,” also found on the original Air Max 90. Signature TPU detailing throughout subdue the color scheme in “Black,” but further nod to Nike Sportswear’s mix of heritage and freshness for the silhouette’s 30th Anniversary. Underfoot, a “White” midsole does the same.
