Showing itself at a perfect time between sacai’s gracefully frankenstein’d LDWaffle and UNDERCOVER’s monstrous Daybreak, the retro-esque runner arms itself with the eccentric language of Virgil Abloh. Track spikes akin to the darkest nightmare’s ripple soles as well as colorful embellishments — of course, complete with the signature zip tie — add a note of bold to a surprisingly muted palette comprised primarily of whites and light tans. An overlaid mesh covers the face of the entire model, including overlays and all, allowing one to only catch a glimpse of its metallic swoosh and luxe suedes.
