In a year rife with some epic Air Jordan 1 releases, SoleFly closes out the year with a spirited color concept inspired by their home city of Miami, Florida. The innate hues of the southern destination have always contributed to some irresistible shoe drops of the past, and for this occasion the homegrown boutique is looking towards the infallible pairing of green and orange to express yet another facet of Miami life. Two distinct options were created for this collaboration, but only one will release during the upcoming Art Basel festivities. The version with the luxurious sail uppers will become available on December 8th in very limited quantities, while the glossy patent leather edition, which is also very limited in number will not be available retail.
Aside from the outward Miami tones, SoleFly also adds some key details to this design that further hone in on the city. On the inner side of the tongue labels read “305” and “MIA”, while a new wings logo appears on the heel. Both styles will also include a golden Jumpman hangtag and two additional lacing options, allowing you to swap out colors or even alternate the color-blocking.
