Kanye West and adidas are ready to introduce the newest model to the highly successful YEEZY catalog, and they’re doing it right before the year comes to a close. The adidas Yeezy Boost 700 v2 is indeed a second iteration of the Yeezy 700 shoe, the chunky sneaker that helped popularize the dad shoe trend to the masses. Featuring the same chiseled midsole as its predecessor, the Yeezy 700 v2 utilizes a refreshed upper with a multi-layered build that includes leather, mesh, and thin TPU overlays. adidas will debut the release with the “Static” colorway, a recurring theme as we saw two different versions of the Yeezy Boost 350 v2 release just after Christmas.

The adidas Yeezy Boost 700 v2 officially releases on December 29th, 2018 for an MSRP $300. Unlike earlier Yeezy releases of the Fall and Holiday season, the Yeezy 700 v2 will be much more limited as shops have employed raffles and draws to release the product. There are, however, some retailers releasing the shoes online, so check out the Yeezy 700 v2 store list to get up to speed.
