Advisory Board Crystals Teases Slam Jam Milano Collaboration With "Studio Flannels"

Advisory Board Crystals has teamed up with Slam Jam Milano on an exclusive “Studio Flannels” capsule as part of the duo’s “Eternal Youth” range. Each piece is hand-dyed in the Abc. Studio using signature crystal-infused dye process, shown in three different color effects. Every piece will be one-of-a-kind and feature a “Crystal Infusion” label on the bottom inner back hem, vinyl logos on the chest and center back, and holographic glitter buttons.

The Advisory Board Crystals Slam Jam Milano exclusive “Studio Flannels” will release as part of the “Eternal Youth” range on July 19 at Slam Jam’s online store. Stay tuned for the full collection and for more releases, Vetements dropped another doodled T-shirt for Fall/Winter 2018.

We shot @AlexIsrael in our “Eternal Youth” collection at the @HollywoodBowl during a mid-day LA Philharmonic rehearsal. The bowl has been a cultural landmark for Los Angeles since it first opened in the summer of 1922. Set against the backdrop of the Hollywood Hills and the infamous Hollywood sign to the northeast; it’s an L.A. icon to say the least. The Hollywood Bowl has been featured in many films since it’s inception: Moonlight Murder (1936), Double Indemnity (1944), Xanadu (1980), and Escape from L.A. (1996), to name a few. Alex Israel is a Los Angeles based artist whose work “explores the iconography of his hometown, the Hollywood film industry, and the cult of celebrity, embracing its clichés and styles, and posits Los Angeles as central to an understanding of American culture and the American dream.” … “Eternal Youth,” exclusively for @slamjammilano @slamjamsocialism , will release online this Thursday 7/19.
