Eastpak RE-BUILT TO RESIST Sustainable Bag Collection

As Eastpak takes a stand on its social media accounts regarding the ongoing protests, conversations and action being taken in the fight for racial justice, the brand has also recently supported sustainability efforts to address environmental concerns. Through a new collection dubbed “RE-BUILT TO RESIST,” the bag maker is upcycling its old styles into one-of-a-kind pieces that seek to reduce waste.

The capsule includes bookbags and fanny packs, which have all been spliced with mismatched fabrics taken from older product that’s been sent in by customers. Prints like florals and city landscapes are juxtaposed against heather grey and other solid-colored panels, creating a colorblocked effect throughout.

Browse through the gallery above for a closer look at some of the unique styles. The pieces are priced at £45 GBP (approximately $57 USD) for the backpacks, and £24 GBP (approximately $30 USD) for the fanny packs, which are both available to shop now at Eastpak’s webstore.
