RM Sotheby's Is Selling a Special Project Ferrari SP30 599 GTO

Continuing its series of collectible car auctions, RM Sotheby’s is set to put a Special Project Ferrari 599 GTO up for auction.

The 2011 SP30 is a one-off made exclusively for one of the Italian luxury sports car’s most important customers. The unique supercar is based on the 599 GTO frame, reworked with unique details drawn from other notable Ferrari models. 599 XX-style rear winglets and rear speedster humps, along with 458 Italia headlights and 599 tail lights all appear on the body of the Special Project unit. Incredibly, the SP30 only has 70 miles on the odometer and the dash monitor still has its original protective plastic.

The special one-off 1994 Special Project 599 GTO will be up for auction at RM Sotheby’s in Paris.
