RONE Thirty Six “Royal” | HYPEBEAST

RONE has unveiled a brand new set of footwear pieces for Spring/Summer 2020. The Tony Ferguson-helmed label crafted the Thirty Six and Ninety Seven, two delicately hand-sewn models to handle the rich texture of the shoes’ leather uppers.

The Ninety Seven sports a rugged build with a bevy of smooth materials. Starting at the top of the shoe are small pull tabs at the tongue and heel, complemented by debossed “RONE” branding below. Round laces cover the forefoot, followed by suede panels at the rear quarter and mudguards — offset by creamy full-grain leather at the sidewalls and toebox. All of these details rest over a thick, articulated midsole that’s been engineered with EVA Vibram technology for the utmost comfort.

The Thirty Six embodies a sleek low-cut loafer construction, boasting supple python premium suede uppers. The shoe comes in three distinct colorways of “Royal,” “Black” and “Purple” detailed with tonal top-stitching all around. Classic design traits like a penny belt, calf footbed and moc toe seams retain a sartorial element to the shoe’s body, while its icy vulcanized rubber sole offers a more contemporary look.

The Ninety Seven and Thirty Six are currently available on RONE’s website for $135 USD and $189 USD, respectively.
