Travis Scott Sued For Cancelling Rhythm, Wine & Brews Experience Performance

Travis Scott is in trouble once again, as the Astroworld rapper was recently sued by the organizers of the Rhythm, Wine & Brews Experience festival for abruptly canceling his performance and keeping his $217,500 USD deposit.

According to reports, Empire Music Ventures claims that they hashed out a $400,000 USD deal to get La Flame to perform a 75-minute set. But after the deposit was paid on December 3, Travis’ team reached out and canceled the performance, set for March 2, without an explanation or paying back the deposit. The unexpected move eventually forced the organizer to cancel the festival altogether, announcing the news on its Instagram last month.

Stay tuned for more information as the story develops.
