Virgil Abloh's "COMING OF AGE" Exhibition Arrives in Espace Louis Vuitton Seoul

Following the first installment at Little Big Man Gallery in Los Angeles last June, “COMING OF AGE” by Virgil Abloh now lands in Espace Louis Vuitton Seoul. The sprawling presentation features the works of 18 emerging and established photographers across the globe including Deanna Templeton, Nobuyoshi Araki, Ari Marcopolous, and Julian Klincewicz.

For this edition in the South Korean capital, Abloh’s curated lineup revolves around the theme of male youth and the complexities of boyhood through the lens of social economics, subcultures, isolation, and camaraderie. Hundreds of photos are mounted across the white-walled space without a frame and those visiting the exhibition will receive a unique photo with each ticket reserved at this link.

“COMING OF AGE” by Virgil Abloh at Espace Louis Vuitton Seoul is on view until April 26.

In other exhibitions, David Hockney’s rarely-seen My Parents and Myself (1975) painting will go on show at the National Portrait Gallery.
