The former home of late world champion F1 racing driver Ayrton Senna has gone on sale for around €9.5 million.
The villa is located in Quinta do Lago, a golf resort and residential estate located to the west of Faro Airport in the Algarve region of Portugal.
The luxury villa boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms as well a home cinema and a games den.
The Algarve property has been completely refurbished “to the highest of modern standards” and is set across a double plot, encompassing 10,500 square meters of landscaped mature gardens.
Set in a hectare of land, the property is understood to include a football pitch, swimming pool, putting green and tennis court.
Senna, who was killed in 1994 while leading the San Marino Grand Prix, stayed there while he was racing in Europe.
Following his death, the street the Portuguese property is on was re-named Avenida Ayrton Senna.
