The first will include a 59 storey residential tower with 190 apartment units. The second will see a 28 storey high-rise building, incorporating the first 5-star, 181 key Wanda Vista Hotel. The base of two towers will feature a 518 sqm area public space to serve boutique high-end luxury retail and public art spaces.
