A new patent (pictured below) shows that Motorola<\/a> may be working on a self-repairing display for a new smartphone. The device is envisioned to use a \u201cshape memory polymer\u201d instead of glass, which should be able to reshape itself and return to its original composition when heat is applied to the scratched area.<\/p>\n
