Perhaps the most popular colorway of the Ultra Boost series is the “Core Black” edition, a simple combination of black Primeknit on the upper with tonal cage/heel overlays and a white Boost cushioning sole. Lucky for you, the “Core Black” is reprising its role on the upcoming adidas Ultra Boost 4.0, a shoe that is set to release in late 2017. As adidas continues to evolve the Primeknit structure of the upper, we’re noticing that the brand is keeping things uniform with a “ribbed” look that quite honestly, is a disappointed. The adidas Ultra Boost 1.0 remains as the most popular version of the running silhouette thus far, so we hope adidas brings back a unique design rather than going with something all too similar to the UB 3.0.
