Now, IISE\u00a0looks to showcase its first runway collection at New York Fashion Week, sponsored by Concept Korea, which\u00a0will introduce Korean fashion to the world starting in the spring of 2019.<\/p>\n<p>When discussing Korean culture in the West, people come to associate\u00a0the country with &#8220;K-pop&#8221; and\u00a0its idols. From protests in the city of Gwanghwamun and in front of Seoul City Hall, &#8220;resistance&#8221; to dictatorship or irrational institutions is still happening all over the world.<\/p>\n<p>In preparation for the new collection, Kevin and Terence\u00a0studied Korea&#8217;s democratization movement.
