Earlier today,\u00a0Charlamagne Tha God<\/a>\u00a0published several photos to Instagram showcasing new comic strips of\u00a0The Boondocks<\/em><\/a>, all made by original creator Aaron McGruder<\/a>\u00a0and the series’ former animator\u00a0Seung Kim.<\/p>\n The new comics, much like the show, tackle current events ranging from politics to black culture, touching on topics like President Donald Trump<\/a>, the #MuteRKelly<\/a> movement, and television network MSNBC<\/a>.<\/p>\n Charlemange’s posts are accompanied\u00a0by a quote from McGruder himself, which states:<\/p>\n \u00a0\u201cDid these for fun (and to see if I still could). More to come\u2026 exactly how much more is tough to say. These strips were only possible due to the enormous talent of my good friend Seung Kim, who did the animation for the old show – and he\u2019s a busy guy.
