Over five years, this campaign aims to address the root-cause of marine litter by targeting the production and consumption of single-use plastic.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, RHKYC became one of the first yacht clubs to ban single-use plastic bottles, bags and straws. Following the new partnership, the club and RHKYC Team Agiplast will promote Clean Seas and its values, create education plans to highlight the problems of plastic pollution, and inspire through example.<\/p>\n<p>Agiplast, sponsor of the club\u2019s Youth America\u2019s Cup entry, has been regenerating plastics for over 25 years and its main focus is to supply processing companies globally with sustainable plastic raw materials, so eliminating the need for virgin plastic materials.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"8MKSip6O5E\">\n<p>Youth America\u2019s Cup: RHKYC Team Agiplast Selects First Five Sailors<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"\u201cYouth America\u2019s Cup: RHKYC Team Agiplast Selects First Five Sailors\u201d \u2014 LUXUO\" src=\"https:\/\/www.luxuo.com\/motoring\/yachting\/youth-americas-cup-rhkyc-selects-sailors.html\/embed#?secret=8MKSip6O5E\" data-secret=\"8MKSip6O5E\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Max Dubreuil, Partner, Agiplast, said: \u201cFor Agiplast, the Youth America\u2019s Cup challenge is already a very exciting journey.
