Scheduled to open in September, the site will feature a warehouse-style design that mixes vintage and contemporary furnishings.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-93215\" title=\"Bread Street Kitchen\" alt=\"Bread Street Kitchen\" src=\"https:\/\/thatdope.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/1456539583_986_Gordon-Ramsay-to-expand-restaurant-empire-into-Asia.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>food philosophy at\u00a0Bread Street Kitchen\u00a0<\/strong>is to use seasonal, local produce in dishes like roasted cod with crushed potatoes, artichoke and salted capers, and spiced braised lamb shank with mashed potatoes, baby onions and orange gremolata.<\/p>\n<p>Talks are also in the works to open restaurants in Singapore and Macau.<\/p>\n<p>When Ramsay opens his restaurant in Hong Kong, he\u2019ll compete against Jamie Oliver, who already has a restaurant in Singapore and is poised to open his Hong Kong outpost of Jamie\u2019s Italian this summer.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.luxuo.com\/gastronomy\/gordon-ramsay-hong-kong-restaurant.html\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GORDON RAMSAY\u00a0has announced major expansion plans into Asia that will begin with the opening of his first restaurant in Hong Kong by this fall.
