Since 2006, the famous restaurant of the InterContinental Le Grand hotel has honored Paris Fashion Week with a high-end, \u20ac18 sweet.<\/p>\n<p>This year, the cafe is offering a coconut and raspberry sweet created by the pastry chef Dominique Costa and designed by former model In\u00e8s de la Fressange.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"ines de la fressange photo\" src=\"https:\/\/thatdope.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/1456639817_759_Fashion-cake-designed-by-In\u00e8s-de-la-Fressange.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"416\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Costa\u2019s rich almond cake is topped by coconut cream and fresh raspberries surrounding a coconut panna cotta center. The dessert is served with a chocolate handbag containing a raspberry sauce.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"InterContinental cafe de la paix\" src=\"https:\/\/thatdope.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/1456639817_749_Fashion-cake-designed-by-In\u00e8s-de-la-Fressange.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The pastry chef\u2019s inspiration was a pencil drawing made by In\u00e8s de la Fressange. The former model sketched a heart of raspberries surrounded by a creamy mousse.
