Gorillaz have released a new video but it’s not quite a new material we were hoping for. Instead, Noodle, the group’s bassist makes his announcement as the new Global Ambassador for Jaguar Racing’s new electric team, Pitchfork is reporting. Noodle will officially be the character to serve as a “flag-bearer for Jaguar’s newly launched Formula E team.” The mission of this new campaign is “to inspire the next generation of young engineers be a part of the biggest change the car industry has ever seen” says Jaguar. The video above shows Noodle racing a Jaguar Formula E car with their trademark imprints on the racing helmets. Press play to watch above.
