After three years in Singapore and two years in Bangkok, the sixth and seventh editions of annual awards ceremony of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant will move to Macao next spring. Proudly sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, Wynn Palace Cotai, Macao will be the official venue partner to host Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018 and 2019 awards as well as the associated event programme.

“I look forward to welcoming Asia’s great community of chefs and taking the opportunity to offer participants a taste of our destination.” – Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes, Director of Macao Government Tourism Office.

Building upon the success of past years’ Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants events, the Gala awards ceremony 2018 will feature a new edition of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants together with #50BestTalks event. Influential chefs and culinary experts will congregate in a one-day forum on March 26, at the Wynn Palace Cotai to discuss on the food landscape and emerging trends.

Macao has been a perfect venue to provide an inspiring backdrop to this prestigious event given its fast-expanding and dynamic gastronomy scene. From food stalls to best-in-class gourmet, the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant will be a welcoming occasion to “celebrate M50 Best Restaurantsacao’s inclusion in UNESCO’s Creative Cities Network in the field of gastronomy,” added de Senna Fernandez.
