PORSCHE 911 SAFARI

Meet the jacked-up Porsche 911 rally car of your dreams! This 1978
Porsche 911 has recently been modified into a tribute of the car its
builder Erik Brandenburg competed in the 2007?s 4,350 mile TransSyberia
Rally. Now available for purchase, the Porsche 911 Safari
comes in a monochrome version of Brandenburg?s Martini-inspired
Transsyberia race car, and features a beefed up suspension, a 3.2 liter
flat-six engine that delivers 231bhp and 210 lb-ft of torque, stainless
steel skid plates covering vulnerable areas of the undercarriage, and a
gearbox adapted with shorter ratios to assist traction and power
delivery in the rough stuff. The rear-wheel drive beast also features an
unusual but cool Martini Racing livery rendered in monochrome, a set of
auxiliary lights fixed to the hood, and a winch integrated into the
lightweight front bumper. Balloon like mud terrain tyres are stretched
over the 16 inch wheels.
