Alife Reebok Zig Kinetica Release Info

From the attitude of Conor McGregor to the styling of VAINL ARCHIVE’s very own Kohei Okita, the Reebok Zig Kinetica seems to only arrive alongside a special partner, with each release an influential moment in its own right. Continuing this trend — though with much more impact than that of a simple name drop — the silhouette is traveling from Boston to New York City with local legend Alife as its steward. Guided through a filter of the imprint’s making, the upper comes replete with loud over-branding, the most discerning touch being the proudly stamped “Alife” text that crosses atop the weave and partially underneath the see-through molds of the tooling. All the same, sparse lock-ups of “New York City,” the sneaker’s namesake, and more line the bottom from back to front, resembling the font used for the dual logos seen on the tongue. Elsewhere, abrupt blocking of yellow give way to hi-vis accents at the ankle, separating itself from the rest of the full white construction in a similar fashion to the two laces: one a perfect match and the other a contrasting red. Grab a very close-up look at these here and sit tight as we await further detail on its drop.

In other news, the Vector-marked label has just launched their charitable Reebok Origins Pack.
