Puma is teaming up with long-time collaborators mita Sneakers and WHIZ Limited of Japan to create their own interpretation of the Puma Suede. This iteration utilizes a primarily black color scheme with hits of navy blue and a vibrant yellow on the Puma midfoot branding as well as the heel tab. WHIZ Limited’s signature logo that comes emblazoned in gold foil has become a mainstay on projects the brand has worked on. Interestingly enough, this colorway is reminiscent of a project mita and WHIZ Limited worked on with the ASICS GEL-Lyte V in 2015. 2018 marks the 50th anniversary of the iconic Puma suede silhouette, so fans of the look should have a lot of intriguing releases to look forward to.
