Best Art For Sale May 2018, Week 2

New York City’s art scene was at its most hectic state this past week especially with the launch of multiple festivals such as Frieze Art Fair 2018 on Randall’s Island, Moniker Art Fair in Brooklyn, as well as Superfine! Art Fair in lower Manhattan. Apart from these monumental fairs, a handful of exhibitions and specialty stores dedicated to selling artworks spawned across the five boroughs including Hebru Brantley’s “NEVERMORE” pop-up near Chinatown. Mind you, this is just NYC alone and there are loads of art-related offerings nationwide. For those interested in street art and graffiti, the long-anticipated BEYOND THE STREETS festival recently launched this past weekend, and with it, an onslaught of collectibles and merchandise were up for grabs.

Read on to see a list of the best art drops this week and let us know if any of the items are on your radar. In related art news, KAWS officially unveiled his SEEING/WATCHING permanent sculptures in China.
