FC Bayern Munich adidas Home Kit for 2020/21

As FC Bayern Munich looks to end the current 2019/20 in Bundesliga glory, adidas has released the team’s new home jersey for the 2020/21 season.

The reigning champions are currently seven points ahead of Borussia Dortmund at the top of the table, with only six game days remaining.

This new home strip — which has been designed using the classic colors of “FC Bayern true red” and white — will feature for the rest of this season in both league and cup competitions. These familiar colors are used to encompass the club’s sense of tradition and its bond with every person associated with FC Bayern Munich.

The club mantra “Mia san mia” lettering — which translates to ‘we are who we are’ — is emblazoned on the neck and the traditional adidas stripe details have been worked into the fabric to give the red a fresh look against the white. Red shorts and socks complete the home kit, while the goalkeepers will play in a blue and green iteration.

This new design will make its debut against Eintract Frankfurt in the DFB Pokal semi-final on June 10, 2020, and worn for the remainder of the 2019/20 season.

The kit is available now from the adidas web store, with the pitch-version retailing at €129.95 and the stadium at €89.95.

In other news, PSG and France forward Kylian Mbappé has retained his status as the world’s most valuable footballer.
