Nike’s Air Force 1 frenzy continues with another collaborative effort. This time around the Swoosh calls upon the mind of John Elliott to help commemorate the silhouette’s 35th anniversary. Shared via Instagram, Elliott details the process of its development which began about a year ago. Elliott was presented with the sole stipulation of keeping the shoe all-white which led him to favor its detailing during its design process. As a result, layering was incorporated into the sneaker to create shadows in areas from its Swoosh to intricate areas such as its dubraes, aglets and tongue.
Unfortunately, the John Elliott x Nike Air Force 1 Low will not be released to the general public and is reserved for Friends and Family at this weekend’s ComplexCon. Take a look at the imagery below and let us know your thoughts on the design.
