A new sizzle reel just released online for the Netflix Original Voltron: Legendary Defender. The first season aired in June this year with 11 episodes and will now continue to build upon its debut storyline — the last episode left its fans with a bit of a cliffhanger. For avid watchers of the series, this new version of the classic ’80s cartoon does a great job paying homage to the original, while at the same time brining in a fresh perspective. Some may even agree that the action and character developments have improved dramatically from the old series.
Either way, season two promises to bring more twists, turns, comedy, and presumably even more interesting characters — don’t forget the monstrous villains as well. Also for those attending New York Comic-Con on October 7, the show will have a panel there at 1pm with giveaways of posters for season 2. Read our feature on NYCC here, if it will be your first time.
