In anticipation of this summer’s upcoming Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Nike, an official partner of the United States Olympic Committee since 2005, debuted the NikeLab Dynamic Reveal jacket. The jacket is a contemporary spin on classic tracksuit silhouettes of the past, and has been handcrafted in Italy for USOC and the Comitê Olímpico do Brasil.
The jacket was conceived as an update on the traditional medal stand uniforms worn by athletes as they receive their Olympic recognitions, and will be available in various different colorways, with red and yellow versions referencing the respective national colors of the United States and Brazil.
The lightweight jacket features all of the trappings typical of premium Nike products: a sleek, streamlined fit and unparalleled attention to the needs of modern athletes. The Dynamic Reveal also boasts many of the functional design details customers have come to expect from the multibillion-dollar sportswear megabrand, including Nike’s signature “knit reveal” technology on the sleeves for maximum mobility. Meanwhile, engineered mesh back and side panels offer ventilation, and a woven front panel protects against the wind.
The NikeLab Team USA Dynamic Reveal Jacket will be available to purchase starting July 28 at nike.com/nikelab and in select NikeLab stores around the world.
