Samsung Took Out a Full-Page Newspaper Ad to Apologize for Note 7 Controversy

Samsung really, really wants to right the wrongs of the recent controversy surrounding exploding Galaxy Note 7 devices. Continuing their ongoing damage control campaign, the popular electronics company has published a series of full-page print ads in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Washington Post. The company is pushing a straight-to-the-point, direct message in their new round of apologies, opting to put together a straightforward apology letter to address concerns and delivers promises for future. “We will listen to you, learn from this and act in a way that allows us to earn back your trust,” reads the statement by Samsung President and CEO, Gregory Lee.
