The Internet's Syd Maybe Organizing an "All-Women Festival" Soon

After announcing their plans to release a new album back in May, Syd and her bandmates have been rolling out their media campaign with a series of incredible singles and more recently, an intimate conversation with Billboard for their 2018 ‘Pride Issue.’ During their sit down, the Odd Future singer explained that she’s considering putting together an all-women festival in order empower and unite women. “What I’m focused on these days is stuff that empowers and unites women. If you want to be a pioneer, you have to be intentional, at least a little bit,” she says.

The singer also recalled some intimate moments in her life with the publication, including her first time visiting a lesbian bar. “I’ve always been comfortable with my gayness, but I was intimidated by the social anxiety.” You can read the full interview now on Billboard.
