Designed by the renowned designer Thomas Heatherwick of Heatherwick Studio, it is his first residential project in Asia!

The unique balconies of Eden

We wanted to create something distinct for Singapore to contrast a skyline filled with angular steel and glass towers. Our design recreates the verdant garden access once ubiquitous in the city’s homes, extending the landscape of Singapore from ground level through the building via hanging gardens. This is truly a home in a garden, where residents can enjoy an unparalleled lifestyle.

The rigorous and striking structure of Eden

EDEN offers an opulent view with archetypal hanging balconies, where homeowners can enjoy 270-degree views and complete privacy. Natural ventilation and cantilevered balconies provide shade with windows opened on three sides to allow natural cross ventilation, reducing the energy consumption and need for airconditioning. The chosen building material for the façade is concrete as it reduces the amount of warm air aiding natural cooling.
